PURPOSE

The organization shall operate in all matters exclusively for purposes authorized and allowed under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the Georgia Non-Profit Corporation Code. The organization shall provide toys to the children of Catoosa County, Georgia during Christmas along with any other need that can be met and provided. We will also help support other organizations and events that are for the children of Catoosa County, Georgia with emphasis on the underserved.
