Application

You must be a Catoosa County resident and be the custodial parents of your children to receive toys. You will be asked to provide identification and proof of residency when you pick-up your toys. Please complete the application and you will receive a return email with your pick-up time

Toy pick-up date is Saturday, December 21st, 2024

Pickup Time: 8am – 5pm

Location: Battlefield Elementary 

Application deadline is Friday, December 2nd, 2024 at 12pm.
